Valley Leadership Academy, located in Huntsville, Alabama, is a homeschool hybrid, non-profit school that welcomes all who want to be there. We embrace students from all walks of life who want a safe space to learn, fail, investigate, discuss, and lead. We hold a high standard for kindness, academic & non-academic growth, and leadership. We value relationships, community, service, innovation, transparency, and a solution oriented approach. We offer classes to all ages, K – 12, including programming, coding, chemistry, biology, rhetoric, literature, photography, drama, film studies, mathematics, history, gardening, chess, Spanish – the list goes on.
Schedule & Details
Valley Leadership Academy currently operates on a 4 day schedule, meeting from Monday through Thursday. We operate on a block schedule - 4 40 minute blocks in the morning, lunch outside for 40 minutes, then 2 45 minute blocks in the afternoon. We offer transcript services for highschool students. During times that students don't have classes scheduled, they are with a learning coach who helps them with homework/assignments. Students can attend any number/variety of days they choose each year. We are a tuition based school, and we aim to keep tuition as low as we can so that we are accessible to as many students as possible.

Meet In Person

Meeting over coffee or lunch can be a great way to get to know a teacher before any work is to be done
