Math and science teacher of 25 years who makes learning relevant and fun!

Get To Know The Teacher
Customized lessons for your learners!

I love to teach math and science! As a teacher with 25 years of experience, I have taught in schools and co-ops, tutored, and homeschooled. My enthusiasm comes through the videocall as we learn and discuss together.

I have continued to hone my skills and resources throughout my career. I am certified in math, science, elementary, ESL, Special Education, and more!

My master’s degree is in writing curriculum, so I can customize curriculum to the needs of your children or co-op. Then, I am happy to teach via videocall as well as give you resources to use the rest of the week! I enjoy all ages, but I specialize in middle schoolers (ages 11-14). Science classes can easily be mixed-age.

While I love to teach, I can also write a customized curriculum for your homeschool needs that you can use to teach your learners.

I am not religious, so all lessons and curriculum from me will be secular in nature.
Schedule & Details
Please contact me at with your needs and proposed time options.

I charge $50/hour of my time, whether that be on videochat or writing curriculum and preparing for class.

Typically, a 1-hour class takes 1 hour of prep for a basic class, or 2 hours of prep for differentiation, homework, etc. A one hour class consists of 10 minutes of signing on and chatting, a 40-minute lesson including some practice and discussion, and 10 minutes of answering individual questions.

Tutoring and homework help do not require any preparation, since the student will come with questions that we work through together.  Half hour sessions are available for $35.
