I am a certified taiji & qigong instructor and have been studying these healing arts for over 35 years and began my full-time teaching career in 1997, working with many corporations developing employee wellness programs. Also at the time created a seated taiji health & wellness exercise for Seniors which is very popular to this day. Looking to share with the youth of this country to help build confidence, inner strength & improve the health & wellbeing mentally & physically.

9 Week Youth Homeschool & Parents Taiji Beginner Course starts Tuesday September 20th at 4:30pm at The Retreat Studio, 6237 Vance Rd. $90 per student. Contact Chris for more details & scholarship availability.
